Aneutronic Fusion Research and Development

Tilghman Atlantic’s primary generation strategy incorporates an Aneutronic mass-energy approach to small reactors that can produce 5-10 MW of electricity. Since these reactors have no radioactive reaction products, they are completely safe to operate within a building. In addition, aneutronic fusion produces charged particles that can immediately be converted into electricity bypassing heat from Rankine power cycles. The fuel candidates for our reactors are abundantly found in the oceans on our planet. We are using the mass of the ocean and converting that mass into energy that can be used in any power application.

Commercial Real Estate Development

Tilghman Atlantic strongly operates within the competencies of strategic investment in the acquisition and development of high-quality office, condo and mixed-use properties at appropriate points in the investment cycle; utilizing a conservative amount of debt; operating properties to produce solid, consistent cash returns; and, selling property when capital is fully overvaluing the asset’s fundamentals.
